Step 1: Check Model & Download Firmware Visit ELLIPAL Firmware Update. Tap the gear icon > About to identify your device:
Titan 2.0: Displays "Titan 2.0"
Titan: Version starts with "EC02"
Mini: Displays "MINI"
Download: Save the .zip file to a FAT32-formatted SD card. Do not unzip it, and ensure the filename has no suffixes like (1).
Step 2: Hardware Connection
Insert the SD card into the adapter (A blue light indicates it is read correctly).
Connect the adapter directly to a power outlet using the original cable (Do not use a computer USB port).
Step 3: Execution
Turn off your ELLIPAL and place it onto the powered adapter (The device will auto-start).
Go to Settings > Update.
The device will recognize the file and extract it automatically. Wait about 2 minutes for the update to finish—do not disconnect or touch the device during this time.
