Tips / Notes

Always verify the contract address from trusted sources:

  CoinMarketCap

  CoinGecko

  Official project website

Be cautious of fake tokens with similar names

Never use contract addresses sent by strangers

  If your balance shows 0:

The contract address may be incorrect

The selected network may not match

FAQ

1. Why are there multiple tokens with the same name?

Anyone can create tokens on a blockchain. Always verify the official token or use the contract address.

2. Why is my balance showing 0 after adding a token?

Possible reasons:

  Incorrect contract address

  Network mismatch

3. Does removing a token affect my assets?

No. Removing a token only hides it from your wallet view. Your assets remain safely on the blockchain.

4. Why does adding an XRP token trigger a transaction?

On the XRP network, adding certain tokens requires creating a Trustline.

This process:

Establishes a trust relationship with the token

Enables your wallet to receive that token

As a result:

A small on-chain transaction is required

A small amount of XRP may be reserved or used as a fee
