How to Delete Accounts on Your ELLIPAL Titan

Introduction

This guide explains how to safely remove an account from your ELLIPAL Titan series device. You might do this to organize your device, remove unused wallets, or reset your setup.

What if I want to log out of my ELLIPAL wallet?

ELLIPAL is a non-custodial wallet, so there is no “log in” or “log out” function.

If you want to remove your account from the device, you can delete the account from your ELLIPAL hardware wallet.

Titan Series (Titan / Titan 2.0 / Titan Mini)

A. Access your cold wallet

 ● Tap the Account Name at the top center of the main assets page. This will take you to the "My accounts" list. 

B. Enter Account Settings

 ● Locate the account you wish to delete from the list.

 ● Tap the three-dot icon (⋮) on the right side of the account name.

 ● Select the Delete account option.

C. Security Confirmation

 ● A warning message will appear: "Before deleting, please confirm that you have backed up your seed phrase or private key..."

 ● Tap OK to proceed.

 ● Password Verification: Enter your device password using the on-screen keyboard to authorize the deletion.

 ● Tap Confirm.

D. Completion

 ● The device will display "Deleted successfully."

 ● Tap OK. You will be returned to the "My accounts" list, and the deleted account will no longer appear.

Notes

 ● App Syncing: After deleting an account on the Titan device, you should also delete the corresponding "Cold Wallet" account in the ELLIPAL App to keep your records consistent.

 ● Multiple Accounts: If you have multiple accounts, repeating this process will not affect the safety of the remaining accounts.

You must ensure that you have securely backed up your seed phrase. This is the only way to recover your account and assets.
