What to do if I forgot to include Memo/Tag when sending to an exchange?

If you forgot the Memo/Tag (required for coins like XRP, XLM, HBAR when sending to exchanges):

ELLIPAL cannot recover funds once sent — only the exchange can credit them to your account.

Please contact the exchange support immediately and provide:

Transaction hash (TxID) and your sending wallet address.
Blockchain name (e.g., XRP, XLM).
Transaction time and amount.

If they can't locate it, ask if you can send a small test transaction from your ELLIPAL wallet to the same address, this time including the correct Memo/Tag (enter it in the ELLIPAL App send screen). This may help trace and recover the original funds.

Always double-check Memo/Tag requirements before sending to exchanges.
