Below are the instructions and important notes for receiving crypto assets into your ELLIPAL wallet. Please review them carefully before proceeding.
Important Notes:
Always match the network (e.g., ETH, BSC, Solana).
Double-check the address carefully (copy or scan QR).
No Memo/Tag is needed when sending from exchanges to your hardware wallet.
Steps:
Open the ELLIPAL App and go to Asset.
Select the network/token you want to receive.
Tap Receive → view the address/QR code.
Verify the address:
Titan Series: Confirm the address shown in the app matches the address on your Titan device.
X Card: Check and confirm the address directly in the app.
Share the verified address with the sender.
