What to do if my ELLIPAL Titan isn't charging or turning on?

If your ELLIPAL Titan (or Titan 2.0/Mini) cold wallet isn't charging or turning on, please try the following steps:

1. Wipe the metal contact points on the bottom of the device to ensure a clean connection.
2. Use a 5V power adapter and charge continuously for 24 hours.
3. Check adapter light: Green during normal charge; Blue when SD card is inserted.
4. After charging, press and hold the power button for 5 seconds to turn it on.
