Recover an Existing Wallet on Titan Mini

Introduction

This guide will help you recover an existing wallet on your ELLIPAL Titan Mini.

 You may need to do this if you forgot your device password, lost your previous device, or want to restore your wallet on a new Titan Mini.

Step-by-step Instructions

1. Start Recovery

A. Open your ELLIPAL Titan Mini

 B. Tap the Account Name or the drop-down menu at the top

 C. Select “Add Account”

 D. Tap “Recover via Seed Phrase”

2. Enter Seed Phrase

A. Select the correct number of words

 B. Enter your seed phrase in the exact order

 C. (Optional) Enter the Passphrase if you’ve used one

3. Set Account

A. Enter an Account Name

 B. Set and confirm a new password (8–32 characters)

4. Select Coins

A. Choose the coins you want

 B. Tap “OK”

5. Sync with App

Download the ELLIPAL App if needed:

 B. Open the ELLIPAL App → Cold Wallet → Titan 2.0 / Mini → Connect Titan

 C. Use your phone to scan all QR codes on the device

 D. Your account will appear in the app

Important Security Reminders

 ● Enter seed words in the exact correct order

 ● Only input your seed phrase on the Titan Mini (never online)

 ● If balance shows 0, check if a Passphrase was used

FAQ

1. Why does it show “Invalid seed phrase”?

This error usually happens due to incorrect input. Please check:

 1.  The seed phrase length is valid (12, 15, 18, 21, or 24 words)

 2.  All words are in the correct order

 3.  No extra spaces are added

 4.  All words are from the BIP39 word list (check individually, never input full phrase online)

2. What if I forgot my Passphrase?

Without the correct Passphrase, the wallet cannot be recovered.

3. Why is my recovered wallet showing zero balance?

Possible reasons:

 ● Incorrect seed phrase

 ● Missing or wrong Passphrase

4. Do I need my old device to recover my wallet?

No. You only need your seed phrase (and Passphrase if used).
