If you have safely backed up your seed phrase (and passphrase, if set):
You can recover your wallet and set a new password/Card-PIN.
- Titan Series: On device, tap drop-down > Add account > Recover via seed phrase. Enter seed phrase(exact order, no extra spaces), passphrase (if used), account name, and reset password.
- X Card: Use X Card Starter > Select Recover Wallet > Insert card > Enter seed phrase> Verify > Set and confirm new Card-PIN.
Important Reminder: Passphrase (if set) is required forever — it's like an extra seed word. Without a seed phrase backup, assets are permanently lost.
