Why can't I send or swap ZEC?

ZEC sends/swaps were temporarily affected by the late-November network upgrade, but were fixed in mid-December.

To restore the transaction function, please update your cold wallet:


  • Titan users: Update firmware to V4.9.4 or later.

  • X Card users: Update the ELLIPAL App to the latest version.
