How to fix "Signature data parsing failed" on Solana?

This error means your ELLIPAL Titan device firmware is outdated. To fix this issue, please try the following steps:


  1. Check device model: Gear icon > About (e.g., EC02 = Titan, Titan 2.0, or MINI).
  2. Download the correct latest firmware
  3. Update the device, then rescan the QR code in the app.


Reminder: Always back up your seed phrase before updating.
